NexaClean provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Service details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• You must provide accurate information about the property and required services.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are based on the size and condition of the property.
• Final pricing may vary if the condition differs from the initial description.
• Payment must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. NexaClean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, a service fee may apply.

7. Liability

While we take great care in delivering our services, NexaClean is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damages
• Normal wear and tear
• Items not secured or improperly installed
• Loss or damage not reported within 24 hours

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

9. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions at the property. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment poses a risk to our staff.

10. Changes to Terms

NexaClean reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
